When I think about setting goals I can't help but look over at my journal. I know that my most important long tern goals are in side that book by my bed. I revisit them often as to remind myself of my "why", why am I doing this and refocus if I get a little side tracked or frustrated.
Three things I have learned about setting goals
1-Always write them down.
2-share them with lots of people, it help you to be accountable for them.
3-Make sure they are realistic but not to easy.
